For 14 years, Happy Chef Western Food has been giving its customers access to Western food without paying so much. The first thing that captured my attention was the Sirloin Steak which is only at $10.00.
The steak comes in with a generous amount of seasoning then it is slightly charred on the outside and pinkish on the inside. It is paired with savory gravy, carrots and celery. Anyone would definitely be impressed with the quality of the steak knowing that it comes at a very affordable price.
Once you look at the menu, you would notice that it looks very old school. You also have the freedom to choose the sides that you want to pair with your meal. The selection of sides include the following:

Chef’s Hats is owned and operated by Chef Bernard who has over 16 years of culinary experience. This is located at Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore and Marina Bay Sands Singapore, which is the perfect spot for having a fine dining experience with your date!
I love that they have a lot of Western food selections, so you will never leave the restaurant unsatisfied. Aside from the regular food items that you might find in a restaurant with Western cuisine, they also have selections for kids’ meals and brunch.
For the entrees, you can choose from burgers, pasta, chicken, steak, and even baked rice. Personally, I loved the Mixed Grill ($18.90) meal which consists of chicken & pork chops that comes with sides of homemade mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables.
After the hearty meal, I had some long black coffee ($4.50), and some Chocolate Lava Cake with Ice Cream ($12.90). If you’re looking for a great place to eat with your loved one, this place is indeed worth the try!

For the carbs, this meal comes with deep fried french fries that goes very well with the chicken and some vegetables. The combo meal is also one of their popular selections, specifically the Seafood Platter.
You can choose two sides for this meal (coleslaw, onion rings, baked potato, hot veggies, or fries). The seafood platter includes a pan fried cream dory fillet, tempura squid, and some grilled tiger prawns.

Seletar Western Food will definitely bring you back to the past! This hawker stall provides you with a lot of choices from protein, fries, salad, and more.
This stall has been established for more than 20 years already but you can always trust it when it comes to the quality of the food.
When we got here, we tried the Fish & Chips – one of the most popular dishes at the store. The fish is covered with a very light batter and it is very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It also has a lemon wedge to give an extra boost of citrus.
Their chicken chops are also truly amazing! The chops are seasoned just right and it has hints of chicken stock for extra flavor.
The gravy was also very tasty – not too salty nor too bland. If you’re up for lighter meals, you can also have some ham and cheese or bacon and eggs for breakfast.
