You get a whole handful on top of your bowl. And then there’s the meat: tender and flavorful, with just enough fat to make it rich without being greasy.
I’ve tried this dish several times now, and I can’t get enough of it—the crispy rice on the bottom of the pot, the subtle flavors of the vegetables and meat…it’s just delicious. And you can eat it with chopsticks or a spoon—I recommend chopsticks because they make it so much easier to scoop up all those veggies!

HoHo Korean Restaurant Sundubu
It’s time to break out your spiciest, most adventurous side: Sundubu is here! This spicy tofu soup is served with seafood and vegetables, and it’s the perfect thing to eat on a cold day. It will have you coming back for more.
The first thing you’ll notice when you try Sundubu is the smell—but it’s not just any smell! It’s a mix of spicy and sweet, like a combination of soy sauce and brown sugar. The second thing you’ll notice is the texture: thick, rich, and creamy. The third thing you’ll notice is how much flavor there is in each bite. The fourth thing you’ll notice—and probably the most important part—is how good it makes you feel.
The authentic, spicy taste of Sundubu is sure to satisfy your adventurous taste buds. The soup is served in a large bowl with a variety of toppings that can be added as desired. The broth is thick and flavorful, but not too spicy or salty—you can adjust the amount of spice by adding more or less chili paste at your table. I’ve always been a big fan of Korean food, but this dish is my new favorite. It’s called jajangmyeon, and it’s a noodle dish topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang (a fermented soybean paste), diced pork and vegetables. It’s got the taste of an Asian stir-fry mixed with the texture of a stew, so it’s both filling and comforting all at once.
The noodles are thick, chewy, and have an awesome texture that makes them perfect for slurping up all that sauce—which is made from those same fermented soybeans! The sauce itself is salty and sweet, with just enough spice to give it some kick. And then there’s all that pork: chunks of it mixed in with the rest of the ingredients, so they’re cooked perfectly through, but still juicy enough to make each bite taste fresh.
All in all? I can’t recommend this dish enough!
HoHo Korean Restaurant Bibim-Naengmyeon
Bibim-Naengmyeon is one of the most iconic Korean dishes, and it’s no surprise that it’s so popular. The dish is a spicy cold noodle soup with a sweet and tangy broth, made even more delicious by the addition of crunchy vegetables and meat.

HoHo Korean Restaurant So-Bulgogi
