Odette Restaurant was founded in 2015 but now it has become a brand in Singapore. They receive a lot of rewards, one of them is winning first place at Asia’s top 50 best restaurants. Singaporean like their menu and love to visit their restaurant because they periodically update and bring new items to their menu.

Odette Restaurant Best Food
It seems unusual that one of the top 5 Restaurants in Asia Odette serves French cuisine. Since it was opened in 2015, with the passage of time the Auvergne born cook has added many Asian influences in their menu.
One of the best dishes there is Pigeon beak to tail, this dish represents their cooking clearly. It’s a pigeon crusted with Kampot Pepper. They serve this dish in different ways like yakitori which is made with the heart; it is a light version of Parfait, made with liver; in which breast is crusted with this beauty.
They try many delicious recipes just because of the right amount of spices. They use advanced French, Japanese techniques on binchotan charcoal, like little yakitori.
Their another simple but great recipe is their Kegani Crab dish, a Japanese dish. It is delicately steamed and Seasoned with a light mayonnaise. They also add a little bit Asian twist made of Apple juice, ginger juice. It tastes like a French Version of curry.

Odette is a Singapore French restaurant that was founded by French Chef Julien Royer, in 2015. Chef Julien Royer set the name of his restaurant on the name of his grandmother, who taught him cooking recipes. It is a fine dining restaurant at National Gallery, also its menu and concept inspired by his grandmother.
Basically it is 3100 sq. foot. restaurant which is located in the supreme court, wing of National Gallery Singapore. They start their restaurant by just providing French Cuisine , but now they also include Asian Influences.
The design of this restaurant was overseen by a designer, Sacha Leong. Sacha Leong is a designer who lives in the London firm Universal Design Studio. He used a beautiful contrast of whit and light pink to decorate the restaurant’s room.
