Ice Cream & Cookie Co. is mainly a B2B business, so launching a new product is much more difficult and time-consuming than if it were a B2C company. Businesses need consistency and continuity, so you can’t just launch new flavors all the time.

The Pint Society allows us to be truly experimental without those constraints. Each flavor is unique, so we can use very seasonal or hard-to-find ingredients.

Since my dad was an entrepreneur, I’ve always been interested in food and business. The power of food lies in its ability to connect people, share, converse and have good times. Since the Ice Cream & Cookie Co. was founded very organically, it wasn’t a logical transition from a day job to a small business. I gradually made the transition.
