This fries is salty, crunchy, and delicious—but then something happens: an explosion of flavor hits your tongue. It’s rich and earthy, with just the right amount of tanginess from the truffle oil. It’s unlike anything else you’ve ever tasted before, but familiar enough that it makes your mouth water for more.
That’s what it feels like to eat these Truffle Shoestring Fries at PS Cafe. The fries themselves are perfectly executed—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—and they’re tossed in truffle oil so that every bite is packed with flavor. But my favorite part is how they finish them off: with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley leaves sprinkled over top so that everything comes together in a perfect harmony of salty-sour-sweetness. They are truly one-of-a-kind!
PS Cafe Club Sandwich
This sandwich is like a club, but in a good way.
The Turkish bread is toasted and crunchy, and the bacon is crispy. The chicken has a great texture, and when you bite into it you can hear the crunch of the bacon and toast and the softness of the chicken. The fried egg adds some sweetness, but it doesn’t overpower everything else in the sandwich.
The cheddar cheese adds a little bit of spice, which I love in sandwiches. The creamed spinach is nice and creamy, and it pairs well with the tomato relish—which has just enough tanginess from its vinegar to balance out all of those other flavors without making them too sweet or salty.
I could eat this sandwich every day for lunch!
PS Cafe Chicken Rossa Penne
There’s a lot to love about this pasta dish.
First, let’s talk about the chicken. I’m not sure what kind it is—maybe some kind of bird? But it’s perfectly cooked, and the smoky bacon adds just the right amount of saltiness to balance out all that creamy sauce. The mushrooms are fresh and flavorful, and the spinach is just so green and vibrant.
Next up: the cream sauce! It’s thick but not heavy—it’s a little lighter than your typical Alfredo sauce, but still rich enough to make you feel like you’re eating something decadent. And then there’s that garlic flavor that sneaks in there—it gives it an extra kick without being overwhelming or overwhelming your senses with garlic breath afterward.
I think the best part about this dish though is that it doesn’t stick to my teeth like some other pastas do; instead, it glides over them smoothly like silk on skin (if silk had texture). The texture was smooth as well—not too soft or too chewy!
PS Cafe Double Chocolate Blackout Cake
This Double Chocolate Blackout Cake is absolutely the best thing I’ve ever eaten. It’s so rich, so chocolaty, so decadent—but at the same time, it’s not too much. It has just the right amount of sweetness and texture so that it doesn’t make your teeth hurt after every bite.
I mean, it’s not for every day or anything—this cake isn’t something you can eat every day without getting sick of it! But when you’re in need of a sweet treat for a special occasion (or just because), this is the cake for you.
Moreover, the dark chocolate sauce on top of the cake is so thick and rich that you can just tell it’s going to be delicious. And the inside of the cake is even better! It has a rich, creamy texture with a hint of coffee and a deep chocolate flavor that lingers on your tongue long after you’ve finished eating. It’s not too sweet or too heavy—just perfect!
