The seafood white bee hoon is a simple homely dish. They were quite generous with the seafood ingredients. The bee hoon had a nice texture. We thought the light broth was a tad bland. Squeezing some lime onto the broth made a marked difference, making the dish more enjoyable. It was good comfort food. Something we would happily eat again.
Stir-Fried Pork Wit
Stir-Fried Pork with ginger and onion is one of the tastiest dishes on their menu, it makes your meal tasty. It is also used to serve women after giving birth, that’s why it is also known as a “confinement dish” meant to nourish women. In this dish, their pork is more enjoyable than the bee hoon. If you visit their restaurant then I will highly recommend you to taste their pork with ginger and onion.

This is a place that’s truly ‘out of the box’! I had the most amazing experience here, and I think you will too. The food is so fresh and delicious. You can taste it in every bite.
I had the Original White Beehoon (M). It was so good! It had perfectly cooked rice noodles and seafood like prawns, squid, and fish cake. The soup was just right in terms of taste and texture. It wasn’t too salty or bland—just right!
The service was excellent as well! The servers were very friendly and attentive throughout my whole meal. They even gave me a complimentary dessert at the end of my meal! I really loved how they made sure that everything went smoothly while we were dining there.
If you’re looking for a new place to try out in Singapore, then this is definitely one that should be on your list!
White Restaurant Signature Fried Wings (S)
I have to say, this was the most adventurous thing I’ve ever eaten. It was a little bit like chicken, but not quite. It was crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside, but not in a rubbery kind of way. It had a buttery flavor that made me feel like it came straight from heaven (or maybe just a restaurant).
The wings were served with a side of ranch dressing, which I didn’t think would be very good at first; however, after trying it out for myself, I realized that it really was delicious! There was just enough ranch dressing to make you want more without being overbearing about it.
Overall, I’d give this dish 5 stars out of 5 because it’s something you don’t see all too often (at least not where I live). You should definitely try it out if you get the chance!

This was the best thing I’ve ever eaten.
I don’t know what it is about this place that has me coming back for more, but I can’t stop. The meat and seafood roll is just so good that it’s almost impossible to describe. It’s a little bit sweet, a little bit spicy, with a hint of tanginess that makes your mouth water and your heart race. I have no idea how they make such an amazing product, but they do it every time.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something new and exciting to try!

About White Restaurant
The homemade white restaurant brand was started in 1999, they start their business from a small seller stall in Chong Pang Market. Later in 2000, they moved to Jalan Tamoang after the market closed.
The major reason for their success is their famous signature dish which reflects their brand name as “Sembawang White Bee Hoon Restaurant”, while their official name was You Huak Restaurant.
