Ice Lab is a Korean dessert caf\u00e9 that has been established by Mr. Shin Jung Hwan. The caf\u00e9 specializes in shaved ice desserts, particularly bingsu. The brand’s logo is represented by a polar bear, which reflects their best-selling shaved ice dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its product is bingsu, which is made from fine ice shavings and served in a bowl. The name “bingsoo” comes from the Korean word for powdery snow, and it’s made from finely ground ice shavings mixed with condensed milk, fruit syrups and other ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
