Covid19 forces me to stay home and order food from various food apps. It became so boring while eating the same thing over and over! Now, it is my revenge time! I am to head out to various eateries in Singapore – restaurants, cafes, bubble teas, hawker food stores… At Cafe Hopping, I blog about the menus of places to eat and drink in Singapore.
When you’re craving Asian cuisine that’s a little more adventurous than your typical Chinese takeout, Koh Grill And Sushi Bar Menu Singapore is the one for you.
Whether you’re looking for a hearty plate of sushi that’s sure to satisfy even the most ravenous appetite or a freshly-grilled teriyaki chicken that will make your mouth water, Koh Grill And Sushi Bar has got it all.
Their menu offers everything from classic sushi rolls like California rolls and tuna rolls to more exotic options like their signature California Maki or the Koh Original Maki. They also have a wide selection of chawanmushi, including soup, Chicken Teriyaki and agedashi Tofu.
This April 2023, Koh Grill and Sushi Bar in Singapore will be implementing a significant price increase across their menu, a decision that has been met with mixed responses from their loyal customers. This upscale dining establishment, renowned for its exquisite fusion of traditional Japanese and contemporary culinary techniques, has cited the rising costs of premium ingredients and the after-effects of global supply chain disruptions as the primary reasons behind this adjustment.

Koh Grill and Sushi Bar Singapore Popular Menu 2023
Koh Grill & Sushi Bar offers an elegant, relaxed and comfortable dining setting with a chic and modern ambience paired with a menu selection that encompasses an array of delectable Japanese specialties.
With so many menus to choose from their menu, though, choosing one can be quite difficult. To help you decide, below are some popular menus in Koh Grill & Sushi Bar Singapore that everyone should try at least once.
Shiok Maki

I ordered the Salmon Shiok Roll with eel and salmon. The avocado inside was creamy and delicious, but what really made me fall in love with this roll was the mayo on top. It was perfectly seasoned, not too sweet or salty; it had just enough kick to make my taste buds dance!
But what really made me want to order another round was the smoky flavor in both salmon and eel. I’ve never tasted anything like it before! I’ve heard rumors that some people actually don’t like the taste of eel because it’s so strong, but at Shiok Maki they make sure that no matter what kind of roll you get—or if it’s just plain rice—you’ll definitely enjoy every bite!
Hot Plate Tofu

I’m going to be honest, I’m not a tofu fan. I’ve tried it a few times, and it’s just never really done for me. But when I saw Hot Plate Tofu on the menu, I decided to give it another shot.
I was immediately impressed by the presentation—the tofu was nestled between two golden brown pieces of bread and topped with green onions and soy sauce. I couldn’t wait to dig in!
But once I did, my expectations were blown away. The tofu was juicy and flavorful, and the bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The combination of textures was incredible! And even though I’m not a tofu fan, this is definitely one dish that will make me think twice before passing judgment on tofu again!
Pidan Tofu

It’s really a magical mix between tofu and pidan, which is a Chinese stew that includes pork and some other stuff. It’s savory and rich, with a satisfying crunch on top. The tofu itself is soft, but not too soft—it has just enough bite to it to make it interesting.
And the sauce is incredible! It’s thick and packed with flavor, but not too salty or sweet either. This dish comes with a side of rice as well, which helps balance out the savory flavors of the tofu and sauce. All in all, this is an amazing meal that I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes tofu or Chinese food!
Koh Grill and Sushi Bar Restaurant Updated Menu 2022
For a Japanese restaurant, there is a wide range of Japanese dishes they serve on their menu. On their menu, you can choose many delicious dishes including sushi, sashimi, rice bowls, and skew. While sushi is the cause of their popular restaurant.
As we discussed above they have a wide range of menu options to choose from. Because they always update and bring new food items on their menu to bring their customers back.
Also, one of the reasons for the popularity of this restaurant is their fresh food at a reasonable price. Here are some pictures of Koh Grill and Sushi Bar updated menu :
Best Food Items
There is a variety of delicious dishes on their menu. But if you are a single visitor, then I will highly recommend you to taste their Shiok Make, it is the most famous dish on their menu which make them popular in Singapore.
This Charcoal-grilled eel is wrapped with lightly roasted salmon and drizzled generously with sauce. If I’m not wrong, the sauce is a great part of this dish. In the sauce, you will find some ingredients of mentaiko flavor.
Beef Rice Bowl is also a good taste item on their menu, the portion is pretty generous too, where the tender pan-grilled beef is served along with the soft poached egg. Other famous dishes include Sake Aburi Sushi and Sake Belly Sahimi. Besides these, you can taste fresh slices of Sashimi and delicious salmon rolls here.
Best Seller of Koh Grill And Sushi Bar Menu Singapore
When it comes to sushi and grills, Koh Grill & Sushi Bar is the place to go.
Koh Grill & Sushi Bar has been around for over ten years and their main target is to provide high- quality food with a reasonable price. They are well known for their quality sushi and grills.
In this section, we will be listing down the top 3 best sellers of Koh Grill And Sushi Bar Menu Singapore.
Koh Grill and Sushi Bar Kaisen Chirashi Don

This is a Chirashi Don, which is a Japanese dish that consists of seafood and veggies served over rice. I ordered the Kaisen Chirashi Don which comes with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, swordfish, seared salmon belly, scallop and ikura (salmon roe).
The quality of the fish used was great! It was cooked well and seasoned very nicely. The rice also had a great texture which made it so easy to eat with chopsticks. The ikura added some nice color to the dish as well as an interesting flavor profile. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good Japanese food in San Francisco!

If you love seafood then this dish is definitely for you! I would recommend eating it with chopsticks as it can get messy otherwise!
Koh Grill and Sushi Bar Aburi Salmon Roll

The Aburi Salmon Roll is made with salmon and cucumber wrapped with rice on the outside and nori on the inside. They have various other types of sushi rolls that you can try if this one doesn’t sound appealing to you, including eel avocado roll or spicy tuna roll.
The Aburi Salmon Roll was absolutely delicious! The salmon was cooked perfectly; it wasn’t too raw or undercooked so that you could still taste the fishiness of it while also having enough flavor on its own without being overpowered by any other ingredients in the roll such as soy sauce or wasabi paste.

The cucumber added just enough crunchy texture while still being soft enough so it didn’t fall apart when biting into it either by accident.
Koh Grill and Sushi Bar Sashimi

Sashimi is one of the most popular dishes in Japanese cuisine. It’s usually served as an appetizer or side dish, but it can also be eaten for breakfast.
Sashimi is made from fresh raw fish, sliced into thin pieces and served on a bed of finely sliced onion and grated daikon radish. It’s a healthy and light dish that’s great for those looking to eat less meat or to lose weight.
If you’re looking for a low-calorie meal with lots of protein, sashimi will fit the bill perfectly! It has almost no carbohydrates (only 0.7 grams per serving) and only 80 calories per serving, but it’s packed with protein—1 gram per serving.
